The property is located in a busy residential area in the Münster Hansaviertel. There are a number of bus and train lines nearby that connect you to regional and national destinations. You can walk to a few restaurants, bakeries, cafes, doctors and two shopping malls. You will also find several bars, green spaces and parks, fashion shops, fitness studios and bookstores on site.

My booking has been accepted, now what?Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

Will I get the same room as on the photos?The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

What if the place is not as advertised?You have 24hrs to let us know if everything is okay. If you think you’ve been missold to, or the listing was significantly different to what you got, we’ll help you find somewhere else to live, or refund your money.

Can I cancel a booking?You may cancel with no fees until you have paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the Cancellation Policy needs to be followed.

Are pets allowed?Although the houses haven’t been designed for pets, we are happy to talk about it, just send us a message and tell us more about your pet!

Are couples allowed? Can I split the rent with a friend?Yes, our POHA Studio and Big Studio can both be rented by singles or couples.

Are there separate work areas in the coliving space?POHA Office is about establishing a welcoming and vibrant community of innovators who network with each other, collaborate on projects, and establish business partnerships.

- Community Office: Enjoy your own personal work area in an office shared with other residents.
- Private Office: Our offices are a fantastic choice if you want to be part of a vibrant community but also need your own private work space. Great for startups and established businesses. -

Who are my roommates?We have young professionals, remote workers, entreprenaurs of around thirty different nationalities in our coliving. This will allow you to become familiar with other cultures.

What criteria do you use to evaluate potential renters?We look for open-minded, considerate individuals who are looking for an opportunity to share a beautiful home with other exciting people.

Is it possible to arrive before the designated check-in time or stay past the check-out time?You are allowed to check-in earlier if the room is ready. You may get in contact with us the day before you move in to coordinate.
If you wish to check out late, you are free to use our communal areas. -
Do you accept co-signers?We gladly accept co-signers for applicants with limited credit history or income.

Is there a Credit Score required?We do not check your credit history. The main factors to be accepted into our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip.

When/how will you refund my security deposit?Security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected.
