After booking your stay, you will receive a check-in form from us. This form requires you to upload your identification which is securely shared with our company in order to secure your stay as well as verify your identity for your online payment. We prefer that the name on your method of payment matches the name on your reservation; if you use a method of payment that has a name other than the one that booked the reservation you will need to also upload photo identification for the person listed on the payment method as well as the person listed on the reservation.

A background check is required. The cost of this is $40 and is performed by Keycheck. Upon booking your stay, you will be provided a link to complete this step and pay for this service.

Please make sure you complete these items prior to check-in to avoid delays with your access to the property.

We have security cameras on the entire outside of the property to ensure the number of cars, guests, and noise rules are followed.
