We are a community-driven coliving villa in the peaceful Italian countryside, just outside Rome.
Surrounded by olive, fig, plum, pear, apricot, pomegranate trees and forest views, it’s the perfect setting for remote workers, entrepreneurs, and anyone seeking focus, connection and a slower pace.
We offer private and shared rooms, two fully equipped kitchens, a huge cozy living room, a dedicated coworking space, 2 verandas, big bbq and pizza oven and a swimming pool. The atmosphere is calm and intentional, designed for meaningful living and working.
Fast Wi-Fi, weekly events, and an on-site community manager help you feel at home and stay connected with like-minded people. We also provide a community car to run errands and groceries 3 times per week.
The coliving operates year-round.
Check-ins are only on the 1st and 15th of each month.
Check-outs are only on the 14th and 30th or 31st.

Despite the quiet, you're just 5 minutes via car from the highway, main train line, and the FrecciaRossa (super fast train) stop. That means you can reach Rome in 30 minutes, Florence in 1.5 hours, Naples in 2 hours, and Milan in 3.
You’re also surrounded by medieval towns, natural hot springs, lakes, and unforgettable food experiences.

To confirm your stay, please review and agree to the following:
- Minimum stay is 15 days
- Check-in only on the 1st or 15th
- Check-out only on the 14th or 30th/31st by 2 PM
- €200 cash deposit required at check-in (refunded at check-out if all is in order)

- No unapproved guests allowed
- This is a calm, community-focused space, not a party spot

All residents have a bedroom within the home for more privacy.
Residents are to share the furnished common areas respectfully. -
Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.

We allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring plenty of space for your needs and comfort.

We provide a dedicated coworking space with separate entrance, ergonomic chairs and plenty of space. Coworking space can fit 10 people. Beside that, you have plenty of flexible workspace in common living rooms, verandas, garden. Plenty of options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day

Most residents are independent professionals, entrepreneurs, or freelancers who value connection, collaboration, and a peaceful environment. You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place. -
Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

Check-ins are only on the 1st and 15th of each month, and check-outs only on the 14th and 30th/31st. We keep it this way to avoid a hostel vibe and to build a real community. We’re not able to offer early arrivals or late stays. Thanks for understanding!

You can shorten your stay, but we’re not able to offer refunds for unused days. If you want to extend, just ask! As long as there’s availability, we’d love to have you stay longer.

We do not check your credit history. The main factors to be accepted into our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip.

The security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected.

You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.
