We are a community-driven coliving villa in the peaceful Italian countryside, just outside Rome.
Surrounded by olive, fig, plum, pear, apricot, pomegranate trees and forest views, it’s the perfect setting for remote workers, entrepreneurs, and anyone seeking focus, connection and a slower pace.

We offer private and shared rooms, two fully equipped kitchens, a huge cozy living room, a dedicated coworking space, 2 verandas, big bbq and pizza oven and a swimming pool. The atmosphere is calm and intentional, designed for meaningful living and working.

Fast Wi-Fi, weekly events, and an on-site community manager help you feel at home and stay connected with like-minded people. We also provide a community car to run errands and groceries 3 times per week.

The coliving operates year-round.

Check-ins are only on the 1st and 15th of each month.
Check-outs are only on the 14th and 30th or 31st.

My booking has been accepted, now what?

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

Will I have privacy?

All residents have a bedroom within the home for more privacy.
Residents are to share the furnished common areas respectfully.

Are pets allowed?

Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?

We allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring plenty of space for your needs and comfort.
Please be advised that extra fees may apply.

Is there a designated space for work?

We provide a dedicated coworking space with separate entrance, ergonomic chairs and plenty of space. Coworking space can fit 10 people. Beside that, you have plenty of flexible workspace in common living rooms, verandas, garden. Plenty of options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day

What types of people will I be sharing the home with?

You’ll be sharing the home with a friendly, international community of remote workers, digital nomads, and entrepreneurs. Most residents are independent professionals, entrepreneurs, or freelancers who value connection, collaboration, and a peaceful environment. Everyone is open-minded, respectful, and enjoys sharing stories, meals, and experiences together while also appreciating personal space and quiet time to focus on work or relax.

Will I get the same room as on the photos?

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

Can I tour the property first?

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.

What information do I need to supply for the application?

We’re a community-first coliving, so we require a quick discovery call as part of the application. No forms or long questionnaires, just a chat to get to know each other and see if it’s a good fit!

What criteria do you use to evaluate potential renters?

We look for open-minded, considerate individuals who are looking for an opportunity to share a beautiful home with other exciting people.

Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?

Check-ins are only on the 1st and 15th of each month, and check-outs only on the 14th and 30th/31st. We keep it this way to avoid a hostel vibe and to build a real community. We’re not able to offer early arrivals or late stays. Thanks for understanding!

Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?

We love it when you have guests, and we invite them to enjoy our inviting common areas. Please keep guests out of the bedrooms for everyone's comfort and avoid overnight stays. We also recommend keeping your valuables secure, as we can’t take responsibility for personal belongings.

What is the policy on alcohol?

It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property.

What potential costs are there besides the rent?

We suggest considering renters insurance to help protect your belongings. While your rent covers your living space, everyday expenses like food, transportation, and personal items remain your responsibility.

Are all rooms furnished?

Our common areas are fully furnished to welcome you right away, and each bedroom comes equipped with all the essentials for comfortable living. Feel free to personalize your room, add or remove furniture (even hang up your favorite pictures), as long as it’s set back the way you found it when you leave.

Any meals/snacks included?

Meals and snacks aren’t included, but you'll have full access to a well-equipped kitchen for preparing your favorite dishes at any time. Plus, with grocery stores just around the corner, everything you need is within reach.

Yes, we can host groups and retreats! The villa has tons of space and amenities for teams, workshops, or wellness getaways. Reach out if you want to plan something special, we’d love to help make it happen!

How many people will be living here during my stay?

There will be up to 8 people living here during your stay (9 is our max capacity). It’s a great number for community vibes without ever feeling crowded!

Is there a house/community manager?

Yes. The community manager is responsible for maintaining a good atmosphere in the house and the well-being of the members.

While we've been fortunate with our safety record, we encourage you to keep your valuables secure in your room. For extra peace of mind, you might also consider renters insurance to protect against any unforeseen incidents.

Can I lock my bedroom door?

While the bedroom doors don’t have locks, we understand the importance of keeping your belongings safe. That’s why we provide a personal safe box for every guest to securely store your valuables. Your peace of mind is important to us

Does the building have security? What is done to make me feel safe?

We take your safety very seriously. The last thing we want is to have a reputation for not being a safe place to stay. We screen both our staff and residents, provide 24-hour security and CCTV cameras are usually installed. Plus, you have people in the house practically 24 hours a day.

What public transportation is available?

Our location is great for walking or biking, and the bus station is close by. If you need to catch a train (or even a fast train) to anywhere in Italy, the station is just a 5-minute drive from the coliving.
