The minimum stay is 1 month. Instant booking is turned off, so all reservations require manual approval. The 1 Month Trial option is not available. Guests must book at least 2 days in advance, and there is no maximum limit on how far in advance they can book. Cancellations made 30 days or more before move-in receive a full refund, excluding fees.
