This is a stunning, well-established, and upper-class luxury apartment. All the furniture is hand-picked by our interior designer. This is also a secure building with monitored security cameras and buzzers, and a 24-hour doorman. The following amenities and services are included:
- Rooms with large window, large closet, hardwood floors, floor light, desk, chair. A full-size bed, trash bin, comforter, pillow, mattress, and bedsheets are provided.
- High-speed internet Wifi connection.
- Couples or up to 2 people are allowed
- Amazing living room that features: windows, dining table, TV, and couch.
- Access to terrace.
- Full-equipped shared kitchen that features: gas stove with 4 eyes, large shared fridge, microwave, rice cooker, oven, cookware, and tableware.

Located a couple of subway stops into Queens, Woodside is an affordable, working-class neighborhood that is experiencing a rise in popularity due to the exorbitant housing price in Manhattan. There are many nationalities including Caucasian, Hispanic, and Asian. The 7 subway line can get you into Midtown Manhattan in around twenty minutes. Transportations aside, the area is famous for its ethnic gastronomic scene.

Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.
Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home.
