Our space in Matera is a 4 floor house of 220 squared meters perfect for a comfortable stay while focusing on your project.

-We offer three double rooms, which can also be used as single rooms. They are perfect for two friends, partners, or solo travelers.
-We also have one shared quadruple room (perfect for work teams or groups of friends, available at a more affordable rate).
-Each room includes a dedicated desk with a lamp for private, focused work.
🛁 Bathrooms and Utilities
-We have four bathrooms, one on each floor. They are shared but modern, well-maintained, and cleaned daily by our team.
-We also provide a washing machine and a dryer for guest use.

Our modern induction kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, whether you choose to cook alone or for a community dinner.

Every 30 minutes, there is a bus that goes to the center and vice versa.
If you need to reach bari airport or the train station, you can take the little train named "Ferrovie Appulo Lucane" (there is a stop just 5 minutes from us) -

The city is surrounded by a canyon ideal for hiking, cycling, mountain biking, horseback riding, and more.
