We love furry friends, but unfortunately, pets aren't allowed at Primrose Hill, except for assistance dogs. We appreciate your understanding!

Yes! We have thoughtfully designed spaces where you can focus and be productive. These areas are equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and comfortable seating, making them ideal for remote work or studying.

What types of people will I be sharing the home with?

You'll be sharing with a bunch of like-minded young professionals, typically between 25 and 35—think ambitious, friendly, and probably juggling a coffee in one hand and a laptop in the other. It’s a great mix of people who value their own space but also enjoy a chat over coffee (or wine) in the communal areas.

Will I have privacy?

Absolutely! Your studio is your own personal haven, no unexpected roommates, unless you count your plants. Housekeeping will pop by once a week to change your linen, towels, and top up your complimentary, organic shower amenities.

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?

Absolutely! You can split the rent with your partner or a friend if you both share the space. Just keep in mind that we only process payments from one card. We're excited to welcome you both to our community!

Can I tour the property first?

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.

We like lovely people who are interested in living in a community and love to take care of their space.

Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?

We are super flexible, and we want our guests to have a seamless move-in and move-out experience. Just let us know if you need to arrive earlier or leave a bit later, and we will be more than happy to help.

Can I extend or shorten my stay?

Absolutely! If you're not ready to say goodbye (and who could blame you?), you're welcome to extend your stay, just let us know 2 months in advance so we can secure your spot.
That said, once your lease is signed, it’s set for the full term, so while extensions are welcome, early exits aren’t an option.

Yes, visitors are welcome—both during the day and overnight. We just ask that you’re considerate of your neighbours and that guests don’t become unofficial roommates. It’s your space to enjoy, just keep things respectful.

Yes, every studio comes fully furnished, so you can leave the IKEA trip for another time. You’ll have all the essentials to live comfortably from day one. Just bring your clothes, your laptop, and maybe that one weirdly specific kitchen gadget you can’t live without.

Any meals/snacks included?

Meals and snacks aren’t included, so you're free to channel your inner chef (or master the art of takeaway). Our communal kitchen is fully equipped if you feel like cooking, and there’s plenty of storage space for your snack stash in the studio. Basically, you're in charge of your own menu!

Yes, you can lock your bedroom door! Our studio doors automatically lock when they close for your security, and you can easily access them using your key fob. We're committed to keeping your space safe and comfortable!

Does the building have security? What is done to make me feel safe?

We are committed to keeping our guests safe and comfortable! All our guest-only areas are only accessible via key fob, and the site has a security team during the night. To make it extra safe during the night, we also have gates that close and can only be accessed with the fob.

Is the neighborhood safe?

Yes, our neighbourhood is very safe and inviting! Many guests have enjoyed walking around in the evenings without any concerns. We want you to feel comfortable and welcome here.
