Red Dragon House is a beautifully restored heritage shophouse located in the heart of Geylang. Part of the award-winning Lorong 24A Shophouse Series, the home blends rich history with bold, contemporary design.

Designed by Hyla Architects, the house is centred around a striking red dragon-inspired staircase that winds its way from the ground floor to the top. This sculptural feature sets the tone for the entire space, with each room named after shades of red in tribute to the dragon.

The interiors combine playful design with thoughtful details. A tranquil indoor pool sits at the base of the staircase, while the shared kitchen and dining areas are filled with colourful furnishings inspired by Singapore’s iconic dragon playgrounds. Artworks throughout the home add warmth and texture, creating a space that feels both creative and welcoming.

All rooms come with ensuite bathrooms, offering privacy and comfort. Residents also enjoy generous common areas, a unique one-and-a-half kitchen setup, and a cosy outdoor seating space tucked away at the back.

Conveniently located, the house is just a 9-minute walk to Aljunied MRT and a short drive to the city centre. Supermarkets, eateries, and daily essentials are all within walking distance, making it an ideal home for those who value both design and accessibility.
