Designed by Hyla Architects, the house is centred around a striking red dragon-inspired staircase that winds its way from the ground floor to the top. This sculptural feature sets the tone for the entire space, with each room named after shades of red in tribute to the dragon.

A tranquil indoor pool sits at the base of the staircase, while the shared kitchen and dining areas are filled with colourful furnishings inspired by Singapore’s iconic dragon playgrounds.
