Community
This residence offers a living environment where experience, growth, well-being, health, and learning are naturally connected in everyday life.
It is not simply a place to stay, but a space designed for those who want to live with intention — to step into a new environment, build routines, and make their time in Barcelona meaningful. Rather than a short, fast-paced stay, it is suited for people who are looking to slow down, stay longer, and create a more grounded daily life.
Here, residents experience new cultures and people, learn through daily interactions, and grow through that process. With an on-site language academy, shared spaces, and weekly activities such as yoga and running, the environment supports both personal development and physical and mental well-being.
The focus is on continuity over short-term experiences, and meaningful connections over one-time interactions. Within this environment, residents are able to learn, experience, and grow at their own pace.

Frequently Asked Questions
You’ll have your own private studio with a bathroom and kitchen, so there’s no need to share essential spaces with anyone else. That already removes one of the biggest pain points people usually experience in coliving.
Your personal space is clearly separate from shared areas like the gym, rooftop, or coworking spaces. So you can easily switch between being social and having your own quiet time, depending on how you feel.
At the same time, the community side is completely optional. There are events and shared spaces if you want them, but nothing is expected. You can keep to yourself as much as you like.
Overall, it feels much closer to having your own apartment than living in a shared flat. It’s designed for people staying longer, so you can settle into your own routine without constantly adapting to others.
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.
If you choose a Premium Studio, you can stay with your partner or a friend and split the cost. These spaces are designed for two people, so it works comfortably.
For Single or Comfort studios, they’re intended for one person, so sharing wouldn’t be an option.
That said, you’ll naturally meet a mix of people in the common areas and through events. Most residents are international — students, young professionals, and digital nomads staying for a few weeks to a few months.
So while you still have your own private space, there are plenty of opportunities to connect with people from different backgrounds if you feel like it.
If you arrive earlier or need to leave later, you can usually leave your luggage at reception and use the common areas in the meantime. Early check-in or late check-out might be arranged as well, but it’s subject to availability on the day.
The best approach is to check in advance or ask at reception — they’ll try to make it as smooth as possible for you.
As long as everything is in good condition and there are no damages or missing items, the deposit will be returned to your original payment method. The exact timing can vary slightly, but it’s usually processed shortly after your departure.
You’re welcome to have guests in your room or spend time together in the common areas, but visitors need to leave by 10:00 PM.
This helps keep things comfortable and secure for everyone living in the building.
You’re free to enjoy a drink in your own space or in the common areas — just keep it respectful and be mindful of others.
Everything is set up to make your stay comfortable from day one, and if you’re curious about specific details, we’re always happy to share more.
That means you can cook and manage your meals exactly the way you like, with full flexibility around your routine.
This includes fresh sheets and towels, so your space stays clean and comfortable throughout your stay without you having to think about it.
Payment is simple too — you can use Apple Pay or other online payment methods, so no need to worry about coins or cash.
We just ask that you take out the trash and leave the space in a reasonable condition.
Everything is designed to make it easy to settle in and feel at home without worrying about where to put your things.
You’ll find a rooftop with a pool, a fully equipped gym, coworking spaces, and comfortable lounges. There’s also a café and restaurant on the ground floor, which naturally becomes a social spot.
On top of that, there’s a cinema room, a sports room with pool table, ping pong, and darts, as well as a game room with PlayStation — so there’s plenty to do when you want to unwind or hang out with others.
Overall, the spaces are designed to give you flexibility, whether you’re looking for quiet time or something more social.
At the same time, with over 1,800 m² of shared spaces, it never feels crowded — it’s more like a small village atmosphere where people come and go, rather than a packed living space.
Rather than just one person, the whole team helps create and maintain the environment, so there’s always someone around if you need anything or have questions.
People come from all over — across Europe, Asia, and the US — so you’ll be surrounded by a really diverse group of residents from different backgrounds.
The building is equipped with 24/7 security cameras, and access to the main building is only possible with a personal key card, so outside visitors can’t enter freely. There’s also staff available at all times, and during the night, a dedicated security guard is on-site. So whether it’s day or late evening, there’s always someone there to make sure everything runs safely.
Metro
The closest stations (like Poblenou or Bac de Roda) connect to Line 4, which takes you straight to the city center and other key areas.
Bus
There are several bus stops just a few minutes away (like Espronceda–Marroc or Bac de Roda), which are super convenient for daily trips or getting around at night.
Tram
The tram stop is only a short walk away, and it connects well with other parts of the city, especially for slightly longer routes.
Train (Rodalies)
For trips outside Barcelona or to the airport, nearby train stations make it easy to travel further.
Overall, everything is within walking distance, and you can usually get to most parts of Barcelona in about 15–25 minutes.
If you’re up for something different, you can also try paddle surfing, art workshops, DJ classes, or even tarot reading sessions. There’s a weekly Barcelona walk as well, and depending on the season, new activities keep popping up — so there’s always something going on.
