We have a coliving concept, where people come to rest, disconnect, exercise, meet other people and enjoy the best view, food, pool, etc. We have a bar and snack service, as well as a restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, where we vary the menu every day.

We offer pilates balance and/or yoga classes on weekends, and we also offer massage services. One of the main strengths of the area are watersports, especially kitesurfing, so if you already know, we do different activities around the sport, and if you want to learn we also help you manage the classes.

One of the coolest things about our house is that we have a coworking that has air conditioning, and very good internet, so that people can have a balance between work and living for a few days in a place full of calm and good energy, as well as starting new sports or physical activities.

Breakfast is included in the reservation; you can choose between permanent options and a special menu that varies every day.

About the neighborhood

Salinas del Rey is a very calm place, just 35 minutes from Barranquilla and 55 minutes from Cartagena. The beach is just 1 block away, and it's really calm. The main transportation around the area is the tuk-tuk service, and we are 25 minutes away from the main town, Juan de Acosta.

The neighborhood is becoming a very kitesurf-style town, where people come to practice and learn watersports, live for a short period of time away from the city chaos and closer to nature, and get to know people from all over the country.

We have transportation service from Barranquilla’s AirPort at $130,000 COP and Cartagena’s AirPort at $200,000 COP which we can book for you, but you’ll have to pay directly at the coliving when you arrive.

Laundry service would be $30,000 COP for a full load, and $15,000 COP for half load and you can book it with our staff when you need it during your stay.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.

Yes, we are dog friendly, but you must pay a fee for your pet and notify us when making the reservation.

You must keep in mind that you must take 100% responsibility for your pet, this means that it does not climb on beds or sofas, that it does not bother other guests, that it does not urinate or poop in places other than the grass (even if you pick it up). and that he/she gets along well with cats (this is SUPER important for us), and that you comb him/her at least twice a day to avoid constant hair loss (this way he/she considers that he/she doesn't shed a lot of hair).

We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort.

You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day, and we also have a Coworking space with air conditioning for a more "office-like" in case you prefer working like this.

We usually have calm guests, who want to chill, know other people, or spend time by them selfs. Because of the location, we have a lot of kiters during windy season, but also digital nomads and travelers, that want to visit the country from another point of view. We offer spaces for people to try a different and more calm life, so you might cross with people looking for a different lifestyle.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

Our coliving home is in a perfectly safe neighborhood where you can walk by yourself in the evening without any problem.

Yes, we're just behind a hotel with a nice restaurant, very close to other restaurants not far away. Also, in windy season there are different types of restaurants on the neighborhood.

The main transportation is the tuk tuk to move around the area. If you want to go to Barranquilla or Cartagena a private transportation can be arranged or there is also public buses that go every day from Cartagena to Barranquilla.

To keep you and your friends entertained, you may walk on the beach, do paddle board, a hike for a nice view, or learn/practice watersports. Depending on the time of the year, there are some parties on the area. Cartagena is just 1 hour from our home and Puerto Colombia and Barranquilla are just 35 mins away.
