Gorgeous villa near Sentiero Frassati Roseto-Biccari
Conscious and intentional coliving, coworking, and retreats for mindful humans in charming southern Italy.
We are looking for mindful location-independent individuals who are ready to live, work, and play in community with likeminded people.
Think fast internet, comfortable beds, large common spaces, a dedicated coworking area, a recording studio, a pool, and a pinpong table—all this in the lap of nature in a quaint Italian village steeped in history.
Imagine starting your day with mindfulness (yoga, meditation, stretching, ice baths), followed by a day of focused work, and coming together in community in the evening, whether it’s over shared dinners, co-created workshops, or sharing circles.
We have 14 beds available. Some are in shared rooms with shared bathrooms, and some are in private rooms with ensuite bathrooms. No matter where you sleep, all of the shared spaces will be available to you, including our coworking spaces within our dining and living rooms. All bedrooms have desks, and the villa has fiber-optic internet.
Our spacious villa is located on the outskirts of the village and is nestled in 2 hectares of its own grounds. The villa’s land contains a variety of plentiful fruit trees, a vegetable garden, and a wonderfully serene private oak forest, perfect for morning meditations. We also have plans to plant a perennial edible forest garden, which we’re very excited about, and we are also blessed to have a large swimming pool.
Here at our beautiful villa, immersed in nature, you will be surrounded by the breathtaking rolling hills of the Monti Dauni, enriched with flora, fauna, forests, and fresh air. This location is a slice of paradise and is one of the hidden gems of Italy.
We aim to place sustainability and regeneration at the heart of all we do. As much as possible, we source food from local producers and vendors and do our best to avoid plastic packaging.

Community
The name of our Coliving literally translates as ‘the life of a lasting state of happiness’. Our mission is to empower and encourage everyone staying with us to explore this for themselves. We do this by creating safe spaces of belonging and deep connection conducive to the exploration of self and others, nature, and the universe.
We invite mindful, conscious individuals to join us—compassionate people who embrace vulnerability as a means to form deep, soulful connections. Curious, open-minded, open-hearted individuals who are intentional and self-aware. Creative thinkers who are courageously accountable, who challenge the norm, and who have chosen to walk the path less traveled.
We appeal to those of you who appreciate the art of slow travel—spending more time in one space—so that you can form genuine and long-lasting connections whilst also having the time to nurture yourself. If you know some good songs and can play the guitar or piano, we can enjoy some family singalongs too!
Where possible, we aim to buy fresh, locally produced ingredients and avoid plastic packaging. There are small grocery stores and a butcher in the village; almost every day, fruit and vegetable vendors come to the village; and a fishmonger comes once a week.

Roseto Valfortore
You will find us in the 800-year-old mountain village of Roseto Valfortore, in the region of Puglia, in southern Italy. Situated 650 meters above sea level, Roseto is a peaceful and uncontaminated rural village and is incredibly beautiful. It is officially classified as one of the ‘Borghi Più Belli d’Italia’ and, thanks to our strong connection to the village, you will have lots of opportunities for a genuine exploration of the famously charismatic rural Italian lifestyle.
Love hiking? So do we! Being a very small village, it is the perfect place for strolling around. The mountains and forests surrounding the village offer some extremely beautiful hikes. Roseto is also perfectly positioned to explore the breathtaking Gargano, where you can enjoy surfing, kitesurfing, and paddleboarding. Depending on the season, there may also be the opportunity to get involved in traditional activities such as olive-picking and wine-making.
We believe that cooking and eating together is so much more than just sharing food. It is a way for us to share experiences and make wonderful memories and friendships. Depending on people’s schedules and preferences, we could prepare both lunch and dinner collectively or decide to only cook dinners together and, from time to time, sample the wonderful options in the village. There are a number of restaurants and cafes to choose from.
We care deeply about the environment, love nature, and enjoy eating fresh, nutrient-rich, home-grown food. Perhaps you’d like to learn how to grow your own food. If you join us for our coliving experiences, you will have the opportunity to get involved in fun projects on the land, like learning how to cultivate a no-dig vegetable garden, how to plant a food forest, and how to convert a chlorinated pool into a natural swimming pool. All of this, of course, is optional.
We have strong connections with the local people who live here and would love to show you a little of what life is like in a beautiful, traditional Italian agricultural mountain village such as this one. Our local community is very important to us, and we wish to attract impact entrepreneurs who are interested in developing social projects that will benefit the people living here.
