At this property, we provide apartments and creative environments in beautiful Umbria, which borders Tuscany. Here you’ll experience a sense of tranquility and focus just a few kilometers away from picturesque towns, charming restaurants, and local vineyards. If you are looking for calm and focus but also want access to an area filled with culture, good food, and wine, this is the place for you. We started to build a community in March 2022, and the outdoor kitchen with pizza oven is in place, as is the bar. The pool is open from May to October. WiFi is very good, but the 4G connection is pretty much nonexistent, so be aware of that.Â
The best way to visit the area is by car. There are great train connections to Chiusi, but there is no public transportation and limited cab possibilities. The community typically carpools during spring and summer, but this is not a guarantee. You can bike for groceries over a distance of 3 km. Bikes can be borrowed for free.Â

About Lago Trasimeno
We are located in the stunning rolling Italian countryside, with no neighbors close by, yet we remain connected to everything around us. Lake Trasimeno is only 20 minutes away, Florence within an hour’s reach by car, 45 minutes to Siena, and 30 minutes to Perugia. Rome is less than a 2-hour train ride away. Just a few kilometers away, you find small villages, while the house itself is very secluded. It is not completely quiet since a small road, making it assessable, passes by the property.
There is no public transportation to the house, but you can borrow a bike and get groceries 3 kilometers away. Often, coliving guests carpool to shopping areas. The area is, however, best experienced with a car, and there is a really good car rental in Chiusi.
