Walking into Neybor Fernand you will find its original marble floor and a view right through the house to the kitchen and garden. The house features a curated selection of works by rising Belgian artists. Flooded with natural light, this home truly breathes happiness. The floors alternate between semi-solid oak, polished concrete and marble. A distinctive colour scheme runs subtly throughout the house. An eight-piece, rust-brown leather sofa occupies most of the living room, and the focal point of the adjoining dining room is a three-meter-long charcoaled oak table with a forest green banquette. It's very large living space brings everyone together around a cozy lounge with a big sofa, a generous communal table and a projector for laid-back movie nights. Outside, a spacious, sun-soaked garden with a BBQ extends the living area and invites long summer evenings. With its large bay windows and warm, joyful atmosphere, the house is made for sharing good moments.

You always have the possibility of switching rooms within our network of coliving locations.
We have a notice period of two full months before leaving.
