My booking has been accepted, now what?Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?This would need to be discussed directly with the team on-site who would be able to better ascertain if this is possible.

Can I extend or shorten my stay?If you are enjoying your stay with us, You are more than welcome to extend your stay. Shortening your stay is possible, but then the applicable cancellation terms and conditions will apply.

Can I cancel a booking?You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.

What if I don’t know exactly how long I want to stay?You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.

Is it possible to request a change of room or apartment if I am not satisfied with the current one?Absolutely! If you are not happy with your room, communicate the issues with our on-site team and they will be sure to help you as soon as possible. If they are unable to sort the issue in the current room, they will try the best to accommodate in a different more suitable apartment
