We are a property management services company that owns, builds, and manages coliving and coworking spaces with a high sense of community all around the world. This property is a 10-unit units setup located in the middle of Cape Town's Atlantic Seaboard, in Green Point. You will be occupying an all-inclusive coliving suite with your own spacious bedroom and ensuite bathroom, and access to a communal kitchen, a coliving/coworking space, a self-service laundry room, and a spacious backyard patio. Included in your living space membership are the following:
- Access to your fully furnished private coliving suite with ensuite bathroom.
- Wifi.
- Water and electricity
- Weekly cleaning service.
- Weekly linens and towels change.
- Dedicated community manager.
- Security.
- Free access to our other coworking spaces.
- Access to our community events (sports, social, and professional developments; 80% of our events are free of charge and open to the public).
- Flexibility to switch from one location to the other easily.

PS: Although this location is affected by load shedding, WiFi remains fully operational during the affected hours.
