The property, located on Maroni Hills in a 200-year-old house that was reconstructed from 2022 to 2025. We purchased it in 2022 and fell in love with it :)
These are unique apartments, each one distinct. They are all situated in an old house at the highest point of Maroni Hills made of traditional Cypriot sandstone, featuring a sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom each
The rooms are spread across two old buildings and include a spa area with a jacuzzi and massage facilities. The coliving space also includes an iconic coffee shop.. We offer detoxing and massages there. The retreat is energy-independent and powered 100% by solar energy.

Numerous beaches stretch along the coast from Zygi to Agios Theodoros. Maroni itself is strategically ideally located between Nicosia, Larnaca, and Limassol. Guests can decide daily which city they want to visit or where to go out. Beyond the cities, Maroni’s convenient location also allows easy access to more distant places on the island, enabling guests to explore the entire island over time.

Absolutely! Each room in our community offers complete privacy, complete with its own bathroom and kitchen. The Retreat, located in a charming 200-year-old building, has thick walls that ensure excellent soundproofing, creating a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere. Yet, you’ll also find plenty of communal spaces for socializing and making new friends!

Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.

Yes, you can definitely share a room with your partner or a friend! We offer spacious accommodations that are perfect for couples or friends. Plus, there are no extra charges for a second person as long as you stay within the allowed occupancy limits. We look forward to welcoming you both!

Yes! We have the BIG ARCHE ROOM centrally located in the Retreat, which is open all day for work. We're also excited to announce that we're in the process of taking over the former OLD COFFEESHOP Maroni, providing even more space for you to work alone or collaborate with others.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
