Absolutely! Each room in our community offers complete privacy, complete with its own bathroom and kitchen. The Retreat, located in a charming 200-year-old building, has thick walls that ensure excellent soundproofing, creating a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere. Yet, you’ll also find plenty of communal spaces for socializing and making new friends!

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.

Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.

Yes, you can definitely share a room with your partner or a friend! We offer spacious accommodations that are perfect for couples or friends. Plus, there are no extra charges for a second person as long as you stay within the allowed occupancy limits. We look forward to welcoming you both!

Yes! We have the BIG ARCHE ROOM centrally located in the Retreat, which is open all day for work. We're also excited to announce that we're in the process of taking over the former OLD COFFEESHOP Maroni, providing even more space for you to work alone or collaborate with others.

You'll be sharing the home with friendly individuals who are also looking to create a community. Our residents come from diverse backgrounds, and you can choose your housemates if you prefer to share the space. It's all about building connections and having a great time together!

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

You can cancel free of charge before you pay. After payment, the listing's cancellation policy applies.
