We are a community residential space where you make friends of various cultures and share cultures together. Therefore, we have various cultural exchange activities, such as food from each country, on regular Meeting Days. And in 2023, residents traveled to Jeju Island together to experience Korean culture.
For foreign friends who start their lives in Korea for the first time, a welcome tour will be held to provide living facilities and information about the accommodations. and the party is held not often but on birthdays and farewell days with a small dinner.
The property is more than just an accommodation. Our main goal is to meet multinational friends, become a family with them, share culture, and enjoy Korean life. We welcome like-minded people from around the world.

Our property is close to Subway Line 2 and the Sillim Line, so it is highly convenient for public transportation. It is easy to move to Hongdae, Sinchon, Jongno, and Gangnam. And the area near Sillim Station has recently attracted attention as a hot place for the younger generation to shop and eat. So There are many things to enjoy at a cheap price while living.
It is close to Gwanaksan Mountain, so the air is clear and suitable for mountain climbing. Also, a Dorimcheon walking course is right next to it, so it is suitable for morning exercise. There is a nearby market, so there is a variety of food, and the police station is located right next to the property, making it a safer residential space.
The fact that our house is close to Seoul National University is good for using various academic facilities and enjoying campus culture.

Unfortunately, we are a community residential space created by 10 multinational friends. Therefore, some of the members do not like living with animals, and because of hygiene and cleanliness issues in the space they live in, that is not allowed.

Split use or re-lease of rooms is strictly prohibited.

Residents use the communal living room on the first floor primarily for work purposes. It is used after obtaining the consent of other tenants and applying in advance. Of course, you can also work in the fourth-floor common areas and terraces (for your information, we offer a robust WiFi service in all spaces).

There are a variety of member compositions, with a large number of exchange students. (Yonsei University, Ewha Woman's University, Sogang University, Seoul National University) And many English instructors, general office employees, and interns reside there. There are a great number of young women in their late 20s who are generally serene and friendly.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.
