El Cabo is a unique building specifically designed to accommodate telecommuters and team retreats. It is located in the town of Agaete, probably one of the most authentic fishing villages in Gran Canaria, and at the same time the starting point for some of the most amazing hiking trails on the island. Agaete is probably the most authentic municipality in Gran Canaria. It offers the best combination of the beach lifestyle and outstanding nature. Some of the best hikes in Gran Canaria start right at the coliving. There is a wide selection of restaurants within walking distance and a Scuba Diving school down the street. If you like to work out, top sports facilities are only a few blocks away.

Yes all rooms are private and many of them include desks inside. Also the house is very large so guests can distribute themselves in the different common areas for privacy.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
