They all are equipped with good quality furniture, decorated with a bohemian style inspired by our property's soul, and have a cozy vibe that will make you feel at home instantly. When you book a room at this Coliving you get 24/7 private access to the in-house workspace we have set up just for our colivers. Our community members are a faithful representation of the island of Lanzarote. The island's unique landscape and the strong energy from its volcanic soul represent our community very well. This island is a playground for nature lovers. We love outdoor activities, and we often organize them for our community. And of course, you can surf pretty much every day of the year.
We also organize community dinners, meet-ups, etc.
In our desire to create strong community services, our famous festival was born. It is an event that connects us and the local community through gastronomy, well-being, Canarian art, and live music. It takes place every other month in La Geria, the spectacular wine region on Lanzarote Island.

The maximum number of people living in the house at once will be 12. Even though we have enough space in the coliving to accommodate more, we want to keep it this way, so that you all feel there is enough space for us all. Also, all rooms are private.
