Our community members are a faithful representation of the island of Lanzarote. The island's unique landscape and the strong energy from its volcanic soul represent our community very well. This island is a playground for nature lovers. We love outdoor activities, and we often organize them for our community. And of course, you can surf pretty much every day of the year.
We also organize community dinners, meet-ups, etc.
In our desire to create strong community services, our famous festival was born. It is an event that connects us and the local community through gastronomy, well-being, Canarian art, and live music. It takes place every other month in La Geria, the spectacular wine region on Lanzarote Island.

We are located right in the heart of the historic city center of Arrecife, the capital of Lanzarote. The area is called El Charco de San Ginés, a historic landmark on the island, representing the union of the ocean with the capital city of Arrecife. Communal spaces are shared in our Coliving, of course, we love sharing! However, these are big enough for you to have your own space. The maximum number of people living in the house at once will be 12. Even though we have enough space in the coliving to accommodate more, we want to keep it this way, so that you all feel there is enough space for us all. Also, all rooms are private.

Absolutely! We welcome couples and friends to share accommodations with us. We have three cozy double rooms available for that purpose. Feel free to explore our rooms and find the perfect fit for you both!

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
