Before booking, we want to let you know about a few required items and additional information regarding the listing you’re interested in. This is to verify who our guests are, ensure all of our other guests' safety, and to provide a positive experience for our guests.
Required Items from each Guest:
1. A copy of your Photo ID (Driver's License, Passport, ect.). A background check may be completed at our expense if the landlord requires it.
2. Proof of enrollment, internship, job offer/acceptance.
3. Your phone number to add you to the home's group chat.
Additional Information:
1. There will be scheduled cleanings around every month or month-and-half and/or when a guest checks out. The cleaning schedule will be sent in the home's group chat.
2. Guests must agree to keep the common areas clean.
3. No Pets are allowed without prior permission as some properties do not allow pets.
4. If you think you might want to extend your stay, please let us know ahead of time! If we receive a booking request for your room, we will let you know before accepting another guest, so you have the opportunity to decide if you'd like to extend at that time. This does not include already booked guests before your reservation was confirmed. Please check in with us to see if your room is available for an extension!
5. Please ensure that you and any guests visiting or staying with you are respectful of other guests and mindful of the property's integrity. Any guests staying for more than 2 days must send over their ID to our support inbox.
6. Guests must agree to adhere local trash/recycling rules and cleanliness. Please dispose of trash and recycling using the bins provided at the property. Guests will be responsible for any fines resulting from improperly disposed trash/recycling or obstructions.
7. For any maintenance requests, please send over photos/videos for us to review and any additional helpful information about the concern! We'll request for a maintenance person to come out as soon as possible.
