You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.

We absolutely understand how much pets mean to people, but unfortunately, we cannot allow them in our communal spaces. Our goal is to create a comfortable environment for all residents, and we appreciate your understanding!

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

We look for open-minded, considerate individuals who are looking for an opportunity to share a beautiful home with other exciting people. We make sure that we do the best job we can to pair you up with other housemates you will get along well with. We take into consideration both your own personal preferences as well as those of current and incoming tenants.

You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.

We understand that plans can change! If you’d like to extend your stay, just let us know at least 45 days before your contract ends. We appreciate early notifications if possible. If you need to leave early and received a discount for a longer stay, please note that the discount will be deducted from your deposit as per our policy. We're here to help make your transition as smooth as possible!

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.

Our common areas are fully furnished to welcome you right away, and each bedroom comes equipped with all the essentials for comfortable living (e.g. desk, chair, hangers, bed linen, towels)

Yes, we have a great kitchen where you can cook your meals! We just ask that you clean up after yourself to keep the space nice for everyone. Enjoy your cooking!

Most of our homes accommodate between 3 to 4 guests, with shared spaces designed to offer both comfort and privacy for everyone.
