Just a short walk away, you'll find cozy cafés, international restaurants, bakeries, and local hangouts. Haebangchon is also within walking distance of Namsan Park and the iconic Namsan Tower—perfect for morning hikes or sunset views. When you're ready to explore more of the city, iconic spots like Myeongdong, Gyeongbokgung Palace, and Hongdae are all easily reachable within 15 to 30 minutes by public transport.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

We understand that plans can change! If you’d like to extend your stay, just let us know at least 45 days before your contract ends. We appreciate early notifications if possible. If you need to leave early and received a discount for a longer stay, please note that the discount will be deducted from your deposit as per our policy. We're here to help make your transition as smooth as possible!
