Welcome to our spacious beautiful view home! Modern yet classic well arranged and decorated for your comfort when you come for work and/or vacation or you are digital nomads who want to live/explore our area. Central and convenient location in the Greater Los Angeles near 60 and 57 freeways with many restaurants, coffee/boba shops, and stores. The house is in an upscale and safe neighborhood with a quiet ambience.

The space: Please note that this property features an attached guest house to the main house. We currently offer 3 types of rental arrangements: 1) The whole large house (about 2888sf : Room 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D, 2A, 2B) can be rented together by one group of people. The main house and guest house can be connected through an open hallway. 2) The main house (about 2165sf: Room 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D) can be rented together by one group of people with its own privacy and no internal access between the main house and guest house. 3) The guest house (about 723sf : Room 2A, 2B) can be rented together by one group of people with its own privacy and no internal access between guest house and main house. For pricing，please add up the room prices for 3 type of rental arrangements. There is a large backyard for all residents to socialize as a community.

Main House (Room 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D):
Upstairs: 4 well-appointed bedrooms and 2 updated full bathrooms. Large master bedroom and bathroom with walk-in closet. Outdoor wicker conversation furniture on the deck outside of the bedroom 1 for you to sunbathe, relax, and enjoy the beautiful view.

Downstairs: Updated and fully equipped kitchen, dining room with chandelier, half bathroom, laundry room, and 2 spacious living rooms. A smart TV in living room for your enjoyment.

Backyard and Patio: A large backyard with plants, flowers, and fruit trees. Outdoor dining furniture in the patio for you to relax and enjoy the scenic beauty and view.

Guest House (Room 2A, 2B):
Newly built single story modern side house with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living/dining area with kitchenette and laundry. Bedroom 1 has an adjustable standing desk. Bedroom 2 has an adjustable standing desk and a luxury adjustable bed. Living room has a sofa bed.

Our sweet home offers fast WiFi ⚡️and 6 car parking spaces on the driveway (4 reserved for the main house and 2 reserved for the side house). We do not provide garage use as part of this Listing.
