- We love our furry friends, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our community because we have two cats and one dog already here. We appreciate your understanding!

  Please be advised that extra fees apply.
- We have a dedicated co working space. Some rooms have desk or option to add a table, so please check first if you need it. You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day.
- You will be sharing the home with a diverse group of people from various backgrounds and age ranges. Our community includes people taking time off work, young professionals, and digital nomads, all eager to connect and share experiences.
- The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
- You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
  - Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
  - Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
