Our coliving is distributed over three floors, with 6 rooms in total.

Two shared bathrooms and two shared kitchens are available at first and second floor.

On the top floor there is a private rooftop, with BBQ and chillout zone.

Each room comes with its own working desk.

Inside the coliving space there is a dedicated open space with monitors and a living room.

The capital city of Tenerife is also known for its annual carnival. It takes place in the spring and is the second largest festival in the world after Rio de Janeiro's.

Our coliving is located in the city center of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, in a vibrant and well-located area, next to supermarkets, restaurants, parks, and the main attractions.

- Yes all rooms are private and many of them include desks inside. Also the house is very large so guests can distribute themselves in the different common areas for privacy.
- Currently pets are not allowed in our colivings
- We don´t mix guests in ithe rooms, but if you come with your couple or friend , thats totally fine with us as most rooms allow double use.
- There is workspace in many rooms, and several workspace areas indoors and outdoors.
- We host an international like minded group of remote workers with average age 33.
- The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
- You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
  - Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
  - Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
  - If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
  - Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
  - If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.
- Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

- You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.
- You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.
- If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.
- Extra guests are allowed with a fee of 10€/night
