Yes all rooms are private and many of them include desks inside. Also the house is very large so guests can distribute themselves in the different common areas for privacy.

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.

Currently pets are not allowed in our colivings

We don´t mix guests in ithe rooms, but if you come with your couple or friend , thats totally fine with us as most rooms allow double use.

There is workspace in many rooms, and several workspace areas indoors and outdoors.

We host an international like minded group of remote workers with average age 33.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

Depending on which coliving you join there will be between 4 and 35 people in each location. We promote interaction between the different locations so the whole community is larger than the individual coliving communities.

We have a no-lock policy on the bedrooms except in our largest location in El Cabo.

All of our coliving locations have great restaurants at walking distance.

The public transportation works very well in Gran Canaria and is quite cheap.

The airport is 30 minutes drive from Las Palmas and 50 minutes drive to Agaete ( El Cabo )

Gran Canaria is a miniature continent where you can do all kinds of activities except for snowboarding :)
