Each Suite is the size of a one bedroom flat, with a separate bedroom, living room, bathroom in addition to the shared common areas.

We are a short 350-meter walk to the tram stops Horta or Janson, providing direct access to the European Quarter, European Parliament or the Louise business district as well as the Midi Station with the Eurostar, Thalys, and airport express.

This is to ensure the house fits your expectations and to ensure the group is compatible. If you do not feel the house is a good fit after this tour, please cancel your booking. If we feel you are not compatible with the group, we will cancel the booking. The leases are for minimum 6 months and can include a couple.

- Each room has an individual lock and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and mirror. There are also individual food drawers and freezer drawers. There are also a lot of extra common areas so you can hang out in the spare living room and watch a movie on the tv without being next to the "action" in the kitchen.
- We do not have permission to allow pets.
- Yes, this room can be split with a partner only.
- Yes there are two home offices in addition to the private desk in each Suite.

- The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
- You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
  - Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
  - Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
  - If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
  - Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.

- You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.
