We are the first coliving and coworking penthouse for entrepreneurs, creatives, and global citizens in Hawaii. A hybrid living arrangement pairing private bedrooms with a shared environment for community and collaboration, for a minimum stay of 60 days for each member. A ten-minute walk from the sand of Waikiki Beach, the house’s floor-to-ceiling-glass 40th-story space features a collection of private bedrooms, each inspired by a surf break famous to generations of Oahu kamaaina. Full of private and shared living and working spaces, community members can enjoy roof deck access, fitness, and conference room amenities and are within blocks of shops, restaurants, and one of the world’s greatest shopping malls. We always celebrate collaboration, but at the same time we celebrate individuality; being selected as a member of our "ohana" includes the social benefits and responsibilities that embody aloha. Volunteering once a month and giving back to the islands we all love so much is at the forefront of Surfbreak's mission. The following amenities and services are included:

All prices are subject to standard additional tax surcharges applied by the State of Hawaii and the City and County of Honolulu for residential leases, including a 4.712% General Excise Tax and 3% OTAT (for some leases shorter than 180 days) a 10.25% Transient Accommodations Tax.
We offer fully furnished penthouse private suites with an amazing community to go with them.

The property is located in an area called, "Ala Moana" which is just outside of Waikiki. A ten-minute walk to the sands of Waikiki, 10 minutes to one of the world's greatest shopping malls, and 5 minutes to the closest grocery store–with tons of shops, bars, and parks in between. You will love enjoying the neigborhood.

- Upon arrival, we'll set up our payment system with you through the Bank of Hawaii.
- Note that there is an additional tax (Hawaii's GET tax) of 4.712% included with monthly rent. We also have a refundable security deposit of $1700 and a cleaning surcharge of $100/month that is deducted from your security deposit at the time of move out.
