Located in the vibrant Lincoln Park neighborhood, we offer a range of living options to suit your needs, including fully-furnished, shared co-living suites, as well as studios and two-bedroom apartments with beautiful finishes.

Our fully-furnished three- and four-bedroom co-living suites are designed to make you feel at home from day one, with a spacious living room, brand new kitchen, and a private bedroom with hand-selected furniture from top brands like Floyd and Article, as well as colorful accessories that add personality. You'll have all the necessities provided, so you can settle in quickly and easily. Private and shared bathrooms are available (shared bathrooms are designated for a maximum of two roommates and are cleaned weekly by our in-house team).

If you prefer your own space, our studios and two-bedroom units offer spacious layouts and beautiful finishes to make your apartment feel like home. And when you step outside your door, you'll find a wide range of amenities that cater to your everyday needs and provide fun at any time.

This charming neighborhood is a nature lover's dream, with manicured gardens, a secret lily pond, a historic indoor botanical garden, and plenty of lakefront green space with city views. It is a cultural center with several chances for entertainment and instruction. There are numerous fantastic eateries in the area, ranging from small local spots to luxury dining.

The apartments are located in the heart of Lincoln Park and provide convenient access to everything you need, from AMC nightlife to parks, Nordstrom, and Whole Foods. The CTA stops and highways are also nearby, making it easy to get wherever you need to go.

After your initial payment, you need to proceed with a background check which costs $50.
This check includes both a credit and criminal check review.
Your credit score must be 650 or higher.
We demand that your income is 2.5x the monthly rent.
Should you not meet the criteria of the background check, you will receive a refund of all charges except the service fee and the $50 application fee.
Once approved, you will need to pay a $350 admin fee on top of your first month's rent.
- We don't charge a Security Deposit.

Can I tour the property first?

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.
My booking has been accepted, now what?

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
Do I need to sign a contract/lease?

It’s enough that you accept our Residents Terms.
100% online - no paperwork needed.
Some hosts have contracts that you need to sign before moving in in case you wish to commit to a long-term stay.
Will I get the same room as on the photos?

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
What if I don’t know exactly how long I want to stay?

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs.
What if the place is not as advertised?

You have 24hrs to let us know if everything is okay. If you think you’ve been missold to, or the listing was significantly different to what you got, we’ll help you find somewhere else to live, or refund your money.
Can I cancel a booking?

You may cancel with no fees until you have paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the Cancellation Policy needs to be followed.
