We are located in the Phoenix Neighborhood and very central. Directly opposite is the Harburg train station, by train you are in the city center in less than 12 minutes. Next door is also the Phoenix Center mall, which offers all kinds of stores. In addition, there are various restaurants, bars, hairdressers and much more as well as the "Harburg Stadtpark" which is a big park with a nice sea, where you can swim and practice various sports activities.

- Pets are allowed. We charge a one time cleaning fee of 18€. Please inform us beforehand if you bring a pet with you.
- Some rooms can be rented for two people. Please note that in order to rent a room with two people with the student price, both people have to be students in order to be eligible for this price. Otherwise, the working professional price will be charged.
- The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
- You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
  - Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
  - Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
  - If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
  - Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
  - If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.
- Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
- The listed prices are for students. Therefore in order to book we need a certificate of matriculation that is valid during the time you stay with us. If you are a working professional and interested in a room please do contact us (or directly book the professional rate), because the prices vary.
- Please talk to our reception directly if you plan to extend or shorten your stay. They will be able to help you.
- If there are no problems with your room, the security deposit will be refunded to you after your departure. This usually takes up to 4 weeks. If you still have not received your deposit back after 4 weeks, please do contact us.
- You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.
- You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.
- If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.
- Yes, all rooms are furnished and equipped with basic kitchen utensils.
- There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement. They work with an app that will be provided in place. Washing costs 2.50€, drying 1.50€.
- Yes, it is possible to book additional cleaning.
- It is possible to cook in your room. Every room is equipped with a kitchenette. It includes basic cooking utensils, cutlery, a microwave and two ceramic cooking tops.
- On the top floor we have the big Sky Lounge with a bar where you can enjoy drinks and snacks. We also have a board room which is perfect for working or learning in a quieter environment.
- The Hamburg station is just a few minutes by foot and you can take the S3 or S31 into Hamburg City easily.
