Our Rooms/apartments offer 90 cm beds that can be adapted to sleeping needs in doubled rooms and apartments (as twin beds or as a double bed). The beds have a quality wooden structure, so in the case of use as a double bed, the beds do not move apart.
The rooms come with standard equipment: table, chair, lamp, wardrobe, and fully blackout curtains. The rental includes pillows, duvets, and bed linen.
The kitchenettes/kitchens are fully equipped - stove, microwave, kettle, a basic set of dishes (incl. pot and frying pan), and cutlery. The refrigerator is located inside of the rooms/apartments.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower corner, toilet, and washing basin. A laundry room with a dryer and washing machine is available for a fee of 60 CZK on the ground floor. Why booking with us?

All civic amenities and interesting restaurants, pubs, and cafes within walking distance - within 10 minutes. Holešovice also has one of the largest markets in Prague.

Transport connection:
- Two tram stops 2-3 minutes on foot: Maniny (day and night trams no. 1, 2, 6, 11, 14, 18, 26 and 94) and U Průhonu (day and night trams no. 6, 12, 17 and 94)
- Metro B (Palmovka) and Metro C (Vltavská or Nádraží Holešovice) - within 4 minutes by tram. You are in the center of Prague within 10-15 minutes. For example, from Vltavská to Museum (Wenceslas Square) it takes 5 minutes (by metro C).

- You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

  - Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
  - If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
  - Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
  - If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.
- Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
- We always do our best to find the way to meet your needs. Write us your required check-in / check-out time and we will agree together.
- Security deposit will be refunded once the contract finishes and the room will be handed-over back without any damages or losses.
- You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.
- You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.
- If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.
- Visits during the day are allowed, but not the overnight ones.
