You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.

Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.

We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort. Please note that additional charges do apply. The rent must be paid by the tenant only.

We have a huge coworking area where you have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day.

Our residents come from diverse backgrounds and represent a vibrant mix of nationalities and cultures. With an age range of 25 to 35, our community is open and welcoming to everyone. It’s a lively environment where making friends and building connections comes naturally.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

We need some personal data, your ID and a solvency proof.

You can cancel free of charge before you pay. After payment, the listing's cancellation policy applies.

You are allowed to move in earlier if the room is ready. Please get in contact with us the day before you move in to coordinate. If you wish to move out late, please contact us beforehand.

An extension is always possible, just contact us via email or directly at the reception. You can move out earlier than your rental period, however it is not possible to get a refund.

Yes, you have to sign a contract which is sent out beforehand.

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.

Security deposit is typically returned after your stay ends within 6 to 8 working weeks. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return.

Guests are welcome to stay overnight, but please inform the reception about any guests staying with you. If a guest stays for longer than two weeks, the roommate fee will apply.
