Our community through our space seeks to be a place that contributes to the city and its residents with an ideal environment to live in, full of culture and modernity. Our spaces are designed to create a unique experience based on technology and comfort. The furnishings and equipment are of the highest quality and we hold ourselves to the highest standards of cleanliness. We provide self-access instructions before arrival so guests can do their check-in and check-out. As our guests, you can comfortably work online in our coworking space and out in our fully equipped gym. Lofts also include high-speed Wi-Fi. Communication with other guests and the property manager is done through our app, announcements, community events, and more. The following amenities and services are included:

We take your job as seriously as ours. There is a lounge at the top of the building with Wifi and furniture designated for working from there.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
