Our space is located in the beautiful Colonia Roma right in the heart of Mexico City. As always we made it full of love, good vibes, and the extremely good experience we are always so happy to deliver. We are located in the famous Colonia Roma, for many the heart of Mexico City. Here you will find nearby, convenience stores, parks, restaurants, bars, shopping malls, cultural centers, hospitals, offices, museums and much more. It is an excellent area to move around through Mexico City, there is many transportation options. The area is beautiful for walking or biking, through its beautiful streets or in one of the many parks it has. It is the perfect destination for leisure, although if you are visiting for work this area is also very good you will find lots of spaces to sit and work while enjoying an amazing view and the area is very well located. Is there a designated space for work?Yeah! We have a coworking space downstairs, deks on the rooms, an office or business center, rooftop, dinner area and there is Wifi everywhere.

What types of people will I be sharing the home with?We usually have people from all around the world between 25 and 40 years old. Mainly Americans, Mexicans, Europeans, and South Americans.

Will I get the same room as on the photos?The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

Can I tour the property first?You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

My booking has been accepted, now what?Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?You may check-in late no problem. Anyways you may come to leave your luggage and enjoy the common areas.

Can I extend or shorten my stay?You can absolutely extend your stay. To shorten it, we would need to consider how many dates you will be out and the period of cancellation

Do I need to sign a contract/lease?No, you don't need to sign a traditional contract or lease. We offer flexible arrangements that allow you to enjoy your stay without the hassle of long-term commitments.

Can I cancel a booking?You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.
