Located in the heart of beautiful Little Italy neighborhood, we have built an amazing little community ourselves comprised of 18 pods, 14 twin pods in the main area, 2 twin pods in the the back room along with 2 queen pods.
Our space is an open loft style common area with:
- a kitchen that has a gas stovetop and oven, dining table, kitchen island, countertops for work/hang out time
- 72 inch tv that is connected to Netflix, Youtube, and Hulu.
- One bathroom with toilet and shower/tub, one half bath with toilet only.
- Lockers in the lobby for check-in/checkout (locks provided for $3), and in the main sleeping area.
- 24 hour secure coded entry
- staff onsite 24/7 but hours are 10am-11pm.
With repurposed decor, we hope you like our community as much as we do!

Located in the heart of Little Italy, quiet, safe and nice neighbourhood. Pedestrian friendly! A few blocks from the bay, 5 minute drive from San Diego airport. Packed with trendy cocktail bars, eclectic restaurants, and brewpubs. Make sure you check out the farmer's market every Saturday that has fresh produce, gourmet foods, and craft stalls.

No, pets are not allowed at any of our locations at this time.
Twin Pods are only allowed to sleep 1 guest, but a queen pod can sleep 1 or 2 guests and could be split to save money on the reservation.
Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
