The design of our “capsule” beds allows for complete privacy within the shared rooms. Inside your space, you will have everything you need: a blackout curtain, two power outlets, an LED light, and a personal locker.

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.

While we love our furry friends, pets are not allowed in our community. We hope you still consider joining us!

Yes, you can definitely share the space with your partner or a friend! We encourage community living and enjoy having friends or couples stay with us. Just make sure to check the availability for the unit you're interested in.

Absolutely! We have a cozy lounge area equipped with tables and comfortable stools, perfect for getting some work done. Plus, you'll enjoy high-speed internet throughout the entire space, making it easy to stay connected while you work.

You will be sharing the home with a diverse group of international travelers, typically between the ages of 20 and 35. It's a great opportunity to meet new friends, share stories, and enjoy different cultures together!

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

You can cancel free of charge before you pay. After payment, the listing's cancellation policy applies.

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.

While we prioritize a peaceful living environment, we do allow visitors during the day. However, we ask that they leave by a certain time in the evening to maintain a comfortable atmosphere for all residents.

In our community, we encourage a friendly and respectful atmosphere. While we have a no-alcohol policy in the rooms to maintain a peaceful environment, we do have designated areas where you can enjoy drinks with friends. Feel free to socialize and unwind together in those spaces!
Alcohol is only allowed in common areas and must be consumed responsibly.
