Our Coliving space evokes the creation of community within the space where one lives. We are not a traditional residential project as we apply a model designed to share and cohabit in spaces created for a new generation of citizens who are looking for a place that gives them a sense of "belonging". Our typical guests are professionals, entrepreneurs, startup founders, and students, with a dynamic lifestyle looking for an immediate home, comfortable and hassle-free, focused on their work, living new experiences, and knowing new people in search of new activities and interests.

We love the Narvarte neighborhood. It is very quiet and has large avenues full of palm trees. There are also many services around and very original local places. It is located in a very central area next to business districts, historical places, and entertainment spots. Close to important avenues of the city and stops of public transportation.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
