Originally, it was called Paseo de la Emperatriz or Paseo del Emperador, since its layout was commissioned by Maximilian I of Mexico during the Second Mexican Empire. Our property is located in the heart of Reforma. One block away from the Angel of Independence, surrounded by museums, gyms, bars, restaurants, shopping centers and excellent commuting routes (it is a busy area).

- The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
- You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
  - Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
  - Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
  - If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
  - Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
  - If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.
- Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
- Mainly we need your full name, email and phone number. Everything will be handled online and we will request your ID upon check-in.
- We look for like- minded people who enjoy meeting and sharing their experiences with people from around the globe.

- It is based upon availability. Please get in touch with us so we can accommodate your needs.
- Absolutely! We ask you to get in touch with our host so we can accommodate your needs.
- No, co-signers are not allowed.
- No, we do not ask for Credit Score.
- It will be refunded to the same credit card you used and it can take up to 5-7 business days to show on your account.
- You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.
- You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.
- If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.
- Of course! Your guests are always welcome. We ask you to book a space or let us know in advance so we can inform our Security department.
  If your guest is sleeping over there will be an extra charge of $100 MXN per guest, per night.
- Alcohol on premises is allowed. We just ask you to follow and respect the hours and keep the volume down as a consideration to the rest of the co-livers.
- Linen, we have an extra charge of $1,500 MXN per month for your linen set.
  Also, have in mind if the room suffers any damages this will be deducted from your security deposit.
