Generally, the rooms are filled with exchange students from universities around the area, but we also rent to professionals who work nearby. Writers, engineers, and PhD candidates are among the people who have rented before.
We do not offer community events at this property, but we do encourage our residents to get to know each other and explore the city together, for suggestions around the area you can reach out to us, but it is a very nice neighborhood with restaurants, malls, bars, parks, etc within walking distance.

Are pets allowed?Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort.

Can I tour the property first?You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

My booking has been accepted, now what?Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?You are allowed to check-in earlier if the room is ready. You may get in contact with us the day before you move in to coordinate.

Can I extend or shorten my stay?Yes, you can extend your stay upon availability. If you wish to shorten your stay please contact management to see if any fines or fees would apply.

Is there a Credit Score required?We do not check your credit history. The main factors to be accepted into our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip.

When/how will you refund my security deposit?Security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected.

Can I cancel a booking?You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.

What if I don’t know exactly how long I want to stay?You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.

Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?No, for security purposes no guests are allowed. Strictly no guests overnight.
If a family member will be visiting you, please contact management for the proper arrangements. -
Are kids allowed?As this is essentially a working environment, our facilities aren’t baby-proofed or child-friendly. Having kids around can be a major distraction for other colivers and you. So, it’s a no.

Is it possible to request a change of room or apartment if I am not satisfied with the current one?Of course. If a room is released and you want to move in, you will have the opportunity to pay the rent difference. We may also charge an additional room cleaning fee.

Can I smoke inside? How about vaping?To keep our environment clean and healthy, we ask that you refrain from smoking indoors, including private rooms, common areas, hallways, and balconies. If you do wish to smoke, please do so outside, away from the building entrance, and kindly dispose of your cigarette butts properly. Thank you for helping us maintain a pleasant space for everyone!

Can I receive post/mail to the property?Yes, however, you are fully responsible for receiving all your packages, as there is nobody to do it for you on the property.

What are the quiet hours?On the weekday, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. As with any shared housing scenario, the golden rule is to be respectful of others in your community and not wake them up or disturb them if they’re trying to have a quiet night.

What is the policy on alcohol?It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property.
