This is a three-story residence where each level boasts a distinct apartment. The initial and second floors feature three rooms each, complemented by shared kitchen facilities. The communal spaces, spanning the living room, dining table, and patio, foster a sense of community across these two floors. Ascend to the third level, where a unique apartment awaits, characterized by two rooms, a well-appointed kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy living room. Room Type D is the rent of the whole apartment and a private terrace. A highlight of this abode is the terrace adjoining the third-floor apartment, offering a serene retreat. Additionally, the rooftop unveils a stylish patio adorned with comfortable furniture, perfect for basking in the sun and enjoying panoramic views.
Generally, the rooms are filled with exchange students from universities around the area, but we also rent to professionals who work nearby. Writers, engineers, and PhD candidates are among the people who have rented before.
We do not offer community events at this property, but we do encourage our residents to get to know each other and explore the city together, for suggestions around the area you can reach out to us, but it is a very nice neighborhood with restaurants, malls, bars, parks, etc within walking distance.
