This is a three-story residence where each level boasts a distinct apartment. The initial and second floors feature three rooms each, complemented by shared kitchen facilities. - To live and enjoy our facilities, it is required to sign the rent contract and a code of conduct. In the event of not respecting the guidelines here established, the tenant must leave the house immediately.
- All the tenants are responsible for the security of all the people living in the property; therefore, you must look after the entrance’s keys and close the entrance door correctly.
If you lose the keys, or even one, the fee is $50 USD, charged from the deposit.

When/how will you refund my security deposit?Security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected.

Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?No, for security purposes no guests are allowed. Strictly no guests overnight.
If a family member will be visiting you, please contact management for the proper arrangements. -
Are kids allowed?As this is essentially a working environment, our facilities aren’t baby-proofed or child-friendly. Having kids around can be a major distraction for other colivers and you. So, it’s a no.

Is it possible to request a change of room or apartment if I am not satisfied with the current one?Of course. If a room is released and you want to move in, you will have the opportunity to pay the rent difference. We may also charge an additional room cleaning fee.

Can I smoke inside? How about vaping?Smoking is strictly prohibited in any part of the building. That includes all private and communal rooms, hallways, balconies, etc. If you choose to smoke, please make sure you do so away from the building entrance, and please make sure you dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Can I receive post/mail to the property?Yes, however, you are fully responsible for receiving all your packages, as there is nobody to do it for you on the property.

What are the quiet hours?On the weekday, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. As with any shared housing scenario, the golden rule is to be respectful of others in your community and not wake them up or disturb them if they’re trying to have a quiet night.

What is the policy on alcohol?It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property.

Are my belongings safe?Yes, no one can enter your room. The cleaning staff is not allowed to move or take your things. They don't open any closets. They have worked with us for 2 years now.
