Grünerløkka is a warm and lively district with a variety of charming shopping streets, cozy cafés, and exciting eateries. Go shopping at one of Grünerløkka’s design boutiques, vintage shops, and flea markets, or go for a stroll along the riverside of the Akerselva River. North of Grünerløkka is the Torshov district, known for its innovative restaurant scene. It is only a 10-minute walk to the city center. Tram numbers 11, 12, and 13, as well as several buses, run frequently just a few blocks away.

• We work with open-ended contracts, so you can stay for as long as you like. In order to terminate your lease, you just need to
give a 1-month termination notice before moving out.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

As our contracts are open-ended, you can stay for as long as you like depending on the availability! However, unfortunately, the stays can't be shortened.

Our apartments typically do not have locks on individual private rooms. This is primarily due to safety concerns since police or firefighters may need to enter the room in case of an emergency. Additionally, we provide services such as cleaning and furniture repairs/maintenance, so our operations team or technicians/plumbers may need to enter if there is an issue in a private room or if it is time for cleaning. In such cases, we will always notify the members in advance and knock on the doors before entering. Thank you for your understanding!
