Before we can confirm your booking, you will need to go through a quick application process. For US citizens, this includes filling out an online application and accepting a $20 screening. If your credit is not strong, you can use a cosigner.
If you are international without a social security number, you must fill out the application and provide us with a photo of your active visa. If you have not received your visa yet but have been accepted to a school, an internship or a job opportunity, we can tentatively book you while we wait on the visa to arrive; however, we must see the visa before you can move in.
Once your application is approved, you will need to sign a lease agreement. The room you would like to book is not secured for you until the booking process is completed.
We require a Security Deposit of one month rent
