Living here means being part of a thriving household with house rules, a weekly cleaning schedule (basic supplies provided), and an on-site rep to keep everything in top shape. The building is a renovated, traditional NYC walk-up on the 5th floor—no elevator, but full of character—with a laundry room and a responsive Superintendent for quick repairs. Set in the heart of Midtown West, you’re steps from Hell’s Kitchen’s best, like Becco, Totto Ramen, and Marseille, with easy subway access (C, E, N, R, W, 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 trains) and a short walk to Times Square, Hudson Yards, Broadway theaters, and Central Park. Grocery stores, bodegas, and Hudson River Park are all close by, making this an ideal NYC base.
We accommodates students, interns, and young professionals, including international roommates, in fully furnished coliving apartments with a built-in community!. Our leases are three months minimum, providing flexibility for students who are in New York City for a school semester or an internship.
We host community events, such as mixers, to encourage tenants to get to know each other and feel part of a friendly and supportive community.
Our coliving sits in the vibrant heart of Midtown West, a dynamic Manhattan neighborhood known as Hell’s Kitchen. Positioned near major subway stations like 50th Street (C, E) and 49th Street (N, R, W), it offers seamless access to the C, E, N, R, W, 1, 2, 4, 5, and 6 trains, making commuting across the city a breeze. This prime spot places you minutes from iconic landmarks—Times Square’s bright lights and Broadway theaters to the east, Hudson Yards’ modern shops and dining to the southwest, and Central Park’s greenery just a short walk north. The Hudson River Park, with its scenic trails and waterfront views, lies to the west.
Hell’s Kitchen itself is a foodie haven, packed with acclaimed spots like Becco, Totto Ramen, and Marseille, alongside lively bars and cozy cafes along Ninth Avenue. Grocery options such as Food Emporium and Amish Market are nearby, with bodegas dotting every corner. Fifth Avenue’s retail hub is a quick trip away, and the neighborhood’s central location puts you at the crossroads of NYC’s best entertainment, dining, and culture—all within walking distance or a short subway ride.

Before we can confirm your booking, you will need to go through a quick application process. For US citizens, this includes filling out an online application and accepting a $20 screening. If your credit is not strong, you can use a cosigner.
If you are international without a social security number, you must fill out the application and provide us with a photo of your active visa. If you have not received your visa yet but have been accepted to a school, an internship or a job opportunity, we can tentatively book you while we wait on the visa to arrive; however, we must see the visa before you can move in.
Once your application is approved, you will need to sign a lease agreement and the house rules. The room you would like to book is not secured for you until the booking process is completed.
The entire process is quick and our staff will help you through it!
