We are located in the heart of Elsene in Brussels, just a few steps from Place Brugmann and its shops. With its dynamic urban vibe, this 750 sqm townhouse offers 10 private suites ranging from 20 to 60 sqm, all of which include a private bathroom, a kitchenette, a living room, a sleeping area, and amazing common spaces.
Our 250 sqm of shared spaces include a large gourmet kitchen, a very friendly dining area, a living room, and a garden with a terrace.

First, a call with our resident manager is necessary to understand your need. We will also do a video tour on the phone with the candidate to make sure that the house and the room are a good fit. Once you know the house, you can change and decide which private suite is the best for you and we will send you a lease. The leases are for minimum 3 months and can include a couple, depending on the suites.
