We are located in the heart of Elsene in Brussels, just a few steps from Place Brugmann and its shops. First, a call with our resident manager is necessary to understand your need. We will also do a video tour on the phone with the candidate to make sure that the house and the room are a good fit. Once you know the house, you can change and decide which private suite is the best for you and we will send you a lease. The leases are for minimum 3 months and can include a couple, depending on the suites.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
