Beautiful modernist apartment designed by Miquel Pascual i Tintorer, completely renovated and preserving original period details such as the hydraulic tile floors and the Catalan vaulted ceiling. Located in Sant Andreu, a quiet and traditional neighborhood in Barcelona, just a 3-minute walk from the Sant Andreu metro station (L5), on a street surrounded by shops, supermarkets, and entertainment options.
The apartment has been renovated and features:

The apartment is very bright and has 4 double bedrooms and 1 spacious full bathroom. All rooms have very comfortable beds, a desk for teleworking or studying, a mirror, and a ceiling fan.
Our apartment on Pons i Gallarza Street is one of the best apartments to rent in Barcelona.
Check-in must be done during working hours (Monday to Friday, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., holidays not included). Arrival after hours will be charged as a complementary service.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. Booking a room is very easy. All you need is a copy of your identity card (if you are European) or passport (rest of the world) and a copy of your letter of acceptance or enrollment at your university/school, or a copy of your work or internship contract.
