Located on the iconic Via Laietana, just a few meters from Plaza Urquinaona, this spectacular coliving apartment combines history, spaciousness, and an unbeatable location in the heart of Barcelona. Listed as a city heritage site, it preserves original architectural elements such as Nolla mosaic floors in some rooms, restored plaster coffered ceilings on the 4-meter-high ceilings, and the traditional Catalan volta (a vaulted ceiling) in the main living room. It also maintains its original doors, period French windows with shutters, and wrought iron railings, offering a unique living experience in a setting full of character. The spacious and bright rooms ensure a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.

Perfectly connected, it is located directly across from the Urquinaona metro station (Lines 1 and 4) and just minutes from the Plaça Catalunya train and metro station, facilitating easy access throughout the city and its surrounding areas. Plus, it's just a few minutes' walk from iconic landmarks such as the Palau de la Música, Barcelona Cathedral, the Mercat de Santa Caterina, and the lively Portal de l'Àngel shopping district. A space where history and comfort merge in one of Barcelona's most prestigious neighborhoods.

For those of us who work remotely, the internet connection is a critical point. Here the WiFi is ultra-fast and stable, which allowed me to complete my workdays in the coworking space without any mishaps.
