Our convenient urban location is complemented by the artsy design throughout this modern house's interior. It spreads over multiple stories and is equipped with convenient amenities in both private and shared spaces. You have private access to the comfy bedroom and bathroom, some of which are not located inside the room, which feature everything needed to rest after an exciting day of exploring Mexico City or a long day at work. - If you prefer privacy, you can work in your room, but we believe in the separation between living and working space. In case you want to access a more professional space, you also have a pass for our co-working offices (not located in the same area).

  • Quiet hours are from 11 pm until 9 am every day
  • Guest and friends are allowed during the day without a problem, we encourage social interaction, and we just ask for you to drop us a message telling us who is going. During the night we ask to respect the quiet hours. An overnight guest might have an extra charge.
  • Kids over 12 years are allowed, with the supervision of their parents or tutors, they are not allowed by themselves.
  • Yes, one service or support animal mid-size only is allowed per room. Check the pet's rules.
  • if there is some availability, you can change it without a problem. Notice that charges may apply
  • Smoking is forbidden inside the room according to the local laws, if we find traces of cigars or there is a smell inside the room a fine will apply, and extra cleaning charges will be applicable.
