Will I get the same room as on the photos?

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

Can I tour the property first?

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.

My booking has been accepted, now what?

Booking

What criteria do you use to evaluate potential renters?

We welcome respectful, considerate guests who take care of our home, respect other residents’ privacy and help maintain a friendly, clean and peaceful environment for everyone. 🌿

Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?

Enjoy the convenience of early check-in when your room is ready, so you can settle in at your own pace. Early check-in is subject to availability, so please check with us in advance. And if you’re in no rush on your departure day, feel free to make the most of our inviting communal spaces. Late check-out is also subject to availability and must be arranged with us in advance.

Can I extend or shorten my stay?

Of course! 😊 If you’d like to extend your stay, we’ll be happy to help, subject to availability.

Unfortunately, shortening your stay isn’t possible, as your booking reserves the room for the entire period, and we may have turned away other guests for those dates.

We recommend letting us know as soon as possible if you’d like to extend, so we can check availability for you. 🌴
