We recommend that you have renters insurance. Otherwise, the usual cost of your food, possessions, transit, etc., is your own. Storage lockers and parking have additional costs.

The common areas come fully furnished. Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential.
You can /remove any furniture as long as the room is returned to its original condition at the end of your tenancy.

No. But you have a kitchen that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food.
