Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?

Visits to the house are allowed. We remind you that the price for each night for visitors is 20 euros/night. Let us know in advance so we can provide you with clean towels.
Are kids allowed?

No, kids are not allowed.
Are service and emotional support animals allowed?

Sadly, we don't allow service pets.
Can I change rooms or apartments?

Of course. If a room is released and you want to move in, you will have the opportunity to pay the rent difference. We may also charge an additional room cleaning fee.
Can I smoke inside? How about vaping?

No. Smoking is not allowed.
Can I receive post/mail to the property?

Yes. We will provide updated info once you have moved in.
What are the quiet hours?

On the weekday, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, and 11 am to 9 am on weekends. As with any shared housing scenario, the golden rule is to be respectful of others in your community and not wake them up or disturb them if they’re trying to have a quiet night.
What is the policy on alcohol?

It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property.

What potential costs are there besides the rent?

We recommend that you have renters insurance. Otherwise, the usual cost of your food, possessions, transit, etc., is your own. Storage lockers and parking have additional costs.
Are all rooms furnished?

The common areas come fully furnished. Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential.
You can /remove any furniture as long as the room is returned to its original condition at the end of your tenancy.
Any meals/snacks included?

No. But you have a kitchen that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food.
There are grocery stores nearby for your convenience.
Are the private bedrooms cleaned?

Entire and deep cleaning is carried out every week, including linen and towel changes.
We would expect and appreciate it that you clean up after yourself if you make any excessive mess.
Are there any laundry options?

We have laundry machines available to everyone.
Can I get picked up at the airport?

We do not offer this service ourselves. Let me know if you need the service and we will arrange for it
Is there a kitchen where I can cook my own food?

You have access to a kitchen that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food.
We ask that you clean up any mess you make during and after food preparation.
