We are situated in the southern part of Kuta, a popular tourist destination known for its beaches, shopping, and nightlife. The neighborhood is easily accessible from major roads, making it convenient for visitors and residents to travel to nearby attractions such as Kuta Beach, Legian, and Seminyak. The Ngurah Rai International Airport is approximately a 15-minute drive away. We have a laid-back yet lively atmosphere. It combines the bustling energy of Kuta with a more relaxed and local feel.

Can I cancel a booking?

You may cancel with no fees until you have paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the Cancellation Policy needs to be followed.
What if the place is not as advertised?

You have 24hrs to let us know if everything is okay. If you think you’ve been missold to, or the listing was significantly different to what you got, we’ll help you find somewhere else to live, or refund your money.
Will I get the same room as on the photos?

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
Do I need to sign a contract/lease?

It’s enough that you accept our Residents Terms.

What if I don’t know exactly how long I want to stay?

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs.
My booking has been accepted, now what?

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
Can I tour the property first?

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.

Are pets allowed?

Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.
Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?

We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort.
Is there a designated space for work?

You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day. You will have a private work desk in your room as well as access to coworking spaces in the building.
What types of people will I be sharing the home with?

Will I have privacy?

All residents have a bedroom within the home for more privacy.

Is there a Credit Score required?

We do not check your credit history. The main factors to be accepted into our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip.
Do you accept co-signers?

We gladly accept co-signers for applicants with limited credit history or income.
Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?

You are allowed to move in earlier if the room is ready. You may get in contact with us the day before you move in to coordinate.
If you wish to move out late, you are free to use our communal areas.
What criteria do you use to evaluate potential renters?

We look for open-minded, considerate individuals who are looking for an opportunity to share a beautiful home with other exciting people.
Can I extend or shorten my stay?

Yes you may, please advise our team within 14 days before check in.

Are kids allowed?

Yes, we have created this space to have some kids friendly areas however this is away from the quiet work environments.
Are service and emotional support animals allowed?

We allow pets on a case by case basis. By law, we allow service dogs. Our staff is allowed to ask two questions to determine what service the animal provides if it's not obvious:

1. Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? and
2. What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?
We define service animals as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Examples of such work or tasks include guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling a wheelchair, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, reminding a person with mental illness to take prescribed medications, calming a person with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) during an anxiety attack, or performing other duties. Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability. Dogs and pets whose sole function is only to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA, and will not be allowed.

Are all rooms furnished?

The common areas come fully furnished.
Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential.
You can add/remove any furniture (including the hanging of pictures) as long as the room is returned to its original condition at the end of your tenancy.
What potential costs are there besides the rent?

We recommend that you have renters insurance. Otherwise, the usual cost of your food, possessions, transit, etc., is your own.
Electricity cost are additional costs.
Any meals/snacks included?

No. But you have a kitchen that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food.
There are grocery stores nearby for your convenience.
Are the private bedrooms cleaned frequently?

Entire and deep cleaning is carried out twice per week, and linen and towel are changed once per week. We would expect and appreciate it that you clean up after yourself if you make any excessive mess.
What are the laundry options?

We have laundry services available at IDR25K/kg.
Can I get picked up/dropped off at the airport?

We do not offer this service ourselves, but you may book an airport pickup here by GOJEK or GRAB.
Can I book additional cleaning?

Yes. We offer additional room cleaning on demand.
Is there a kitchen where I can cook my own food?

You have access to a kitchen that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food.
We ask that you clean up any mess you make during and after food preparation.
Can I work in the communal area?

You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirement for the day.
Do I have to clean the room when I move out?

No. We provide all cleaning before the next resident comes.
Do you have storage space for my stuff/luggage?

Yes, but it's limited. Only for some bags/luggage. No furniture.
Are the communal areas cleaned frequently?

Yes. The communal areas are cleaned everyday. Bedrooms are cleaned twice per week.
What types of shared spaces are there?
