- Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.
- We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort.
- You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day. You will have a private work desk in your room as well as access to coworking spaces in the building.
- Other like-minded people coliver guests and residents who are sharing the common areas with you
- The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
- You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
  - Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
  - Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
  - If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
  - Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
  - If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.
- Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
- We look for open-minded, considerate individuals who are looking for an opportunity to share a beautiful home with other exciting people.
- You are allowed to move in earlier if the room is ready. You may get in contact with us the day before you move in to coordinate.
  If you wish to move out late, you are free to use our communal areas.
- We gladly accept co-signers for applicants with limited credit history or income.
- We do not check your credit history. The main factors to be accepted into our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip.
- You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.
- You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.
- If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.
- We recommend that you have renters insurance. Otherwise, the usual cost of your food, possessions, transit, etc., is your own.
  Electricity cost are additional costs.
- The common areas come fully furnished.
  Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential.
  You can add/remove any furniture (including the hanging of pictures) as long as the room is returned to its original condition at the end of your tenancy.
- No. But you have a kitchen that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food.
  There are grocery stores nearby for your convenience.
- Entire and deep cleaning is carried out twice per week, and linen and towel are changed once per week. We would expect and appreciate it that you clean up after yourself if you make any excessive mess.

- We do not offer this service ourselves, but you may book an airport pickup here by GOJEK or GRAB.
- Yes, we offer additional room cleaning on demand! Just let us know your needs, and our team will be happy to arrange it for you. We want to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
- Yes, we have a great kitchen where you can cook your meals! We just ask that you clean up after yourself to keep the space nice for everyone. Enjoy your cooking.
