We are situated a 6-minute bike ride to double six and Kuta beach and is surrounded by a variety of restaurants. We are located near the busy street of Legian where there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes.
We have a cafe whereby you can start your day with a hot cup of coffee and a wholesome meal, a gym for the health enthusiasts, a rooftop garden for hangouts and yoga, and a pool to cool yourself from the heat of Bali.
Our co-living and co-working space is situated in the heart of Kuta. This residence is surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, etc. Get free access to our two co-working spaces during your stay!

We have a great location, set in the middle of a whole street full of various restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. Situated only 15 minutes away from the famous Kuta beach and Legian street.

    If you wish to move out late, you are free to use our communal areas.

  • Yes, we have created this space to have some kids friendly areas however this is away from the quiet work environments.
  • We allow pets on a case by case basis. By law, we allow service dogs. Our staff is allowed to ask two questions to determine what service the animal provides if it's not obvious:

    1. Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? and
    2. What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?
    We define service animals as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Examples of such work or tasks include guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling a wheelchair, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, reminding a person with mental illness to take prescribed medications, calming a person with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) during an anxiety attack, or performing other duties. Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability. Dogs and pets whose sole function is only to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA, and will not be allowed.

    You can add/remove any furniture (including the hanging of pictures) as long as the room is returned to its original condition at the end of your tenancy.
