Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.

We allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring plenty of space for your needs and comfort.

All residents have a bedroom within the home for more privacy.
Residents are to share the furnished common areas respectfully.

You will be sharing the home with a diverse and friendly group of residents. Our typical housemates include young professionals, students, creatives, and remote workers who value a balanced lifestyle of work, social connection, and personal space. Everyone is respectful, open-minded, and community-oriented, making it easy to meet new people, collaborate, or simply enjoy a friendly atmosphere at home.

Whether you’re here short-term or long-term, you’ll be part of a supportive, inclusive, and engaging living environment where residents often share meals, experiences, and occasional community activities.

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

To complete your application, we’ll need some basic information such as your name, the purpose of your stay, and any specific requirements you might have. We look forward to welcoming you!

The security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected.

If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

You can cancel free of charge before you pay. After payment, the listing's cancellation policy applies.

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.
